Delivery, Collection & Shipping

We offer speedy delivery with our friends at DPD - we know you can't wait to receive your order, so why should you?!

If you place your order before 11am, your order will be dispatched the same day, unless otherwise specified during the checkout process. Any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but we monitor delivery times extremely closely and make changes where appropriate.

You're welcome to collect from our collection point in Southam, Warwickshire. This is free of charge & we'll simply give you a call when your order is ready to collect!

Refunds & Returns

We hope that you enjoy your order, but if there's something not quite right, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please with photographs of the items that are damaged or incorrect - we'll then do our very best to put things right.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns for Pick n Mix favourites boxes.
